[Xen-devel][Patch] enables SMP PAE guest on x86-64 Xen

This is the initial patch for SMP PAE guest on x86-64 Xen.

For vcpus=2, the SMP PAE guest can do kernel build successfully.

And it improves the stabilities for the SMP guest.
