summary: Update xen caps on x86_64 since we have hvm pae guests support now.

* dom0 boots fine
* xend starts without problems

* 5 xm-tests failing

Details:

 FAIL: 13_create_multinic_pos
         (7 nics) Failed to create domain

 FAIL: 14_create_blockroot_pos
         Failed to create domain

 FAIL: 16_create_smallmem_neg
         Starting a console with 16 MB passed, expected test to fail

 FAIL: 01_enforce_dom0_cpus_basic_pos
         /proc/cpuinfo says xend didn't enforce dom0_cpus (14 != 1)

XFAIL: 02_network_local_ping_pos
ping loopback failed for size 65507. ping eth0 failed for size 65507.
