As part of my project to port MINIX to Xen I wrote a report
documenting the whole process. The port was for Xen 2.0.7, but im
planning to update to 3.0.x and the document will be updated inline
with this.

The report is available at
http://minixonxen.skynet.ie/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/wiki/Report.
