What version are you running? 

Rather than posting the syslog contents, please use 'dmesg' as I think
there may be some lines missing.

usb irq seems to be cropping up a lot in the log. It might be worth
trying -unstable to see if you're suffering from the 'irq masking
madness' issue that effects some motherboards. If you can confirm the
fix, this is another argument for back porting the change to 3.0.2.
