on PAE xen, we may run 2 types of VMX guests: IA32 guests and IA32 PAE guests, but now only the former support is done, for the latter, the patch will be out soon.

Subject: [Xen-devel] Having problems building fully virtualized on i386machine

I am currently having problems building xen fully virtualized on a 32 bit system.

when I list the cap as being xen-3.0-x86_32p and hvm-3.0-x86_32, not hvm-3.0-x86_32p

I am building it passing XEN_TARGET_X86_PAE=y,  (e.g. make XEN_TARGET_X86_PAE=y world )

Does anyone have a an idea of how I can get it to be fully virtualized (hvm-3.0-x86_32p)?

thanks for any help,
dave
