[Xen-devel] [PATCH] [BALLOON] Increase retry_limit (fix for bug #683)

On an ES7000 with 16GB of memory, when Dom0 boots up with all of system memory, 
a balloon error is issued when you try to bring up 1GB and 2GB DomUs. This 
patch increases the retry limit to allow xend more time before issuing a 
balloon error. This fixes bug #683.
