Sure, I just try to suggest the most user-friendly approach before I go into more complicated solutions... So, you need to look at .../tools/python/xm/create.py - but beware that creating a domain isn't entirely straight-forward... Or if you want a more direct method, you need to parse or know the "builder" key, and use either xc_linux_build or xc_hvm_build to perform the actual domain creation.
