[Xen-devel] [PATCH][HVM] Removing 1:1 mapping from qemu-dm (1/2) -- mapcache

The patches remove the 1:1 mapping from qemu-dm to HVM guests, allowing
one to run bigger guests than the qemu-dm process. The attached patch
includes the mapcache logic in qemu-dm.
