[Xen-devel] PATCH: creates asm/perfc_defn.h

Hi,

this patche creates asm-x86/perfc_defn.h and asm-ia64/perfc_defn.h
Most of xen/perfc_defn.h is now in the x86 file and xen/perfc_defn.h includes
asm/perfc_defn.h

The aim of this patch is obvious: having architecture perf counters and common 
one.

Tested by compiling on ia64 and x86.
