[Xen-devel] [PATCH] [XM] insert bootpolicy module name into grub config file by specifying title instead of kernel version

Use the name of the title of the system to boot into (instead of the
kernel version) to determine where to make the entry into the grub
configuration file.
The 2nd patch adapts the documentation to these changes.
