[Xen-devel] [PATCH] [XM-TEST] [rfc] enable building of xm-test suite' buildroot environment on x86-64

On x86-64 the uClibc-0.9.28 does not compile, so I changed the buildroot
environment for x86-64 to download a snapshot.
Included is a custom uClibc for x86-64 so that the build completes
without prompting for which architecture to build when it uses the one
for i386. I renamed the uClibc for i386 to uClibc-i386. This now
requires a similar file for ppc and ia64.
