[Xen-devel] [PATCH] fix hvm time issue 2

This patch is based on the last one I sent this Wed. - to support
multiple periodic timer in HVM guest. 
Basically, it synchronous per vcpu's LAPIC timer with its TSC, which:
- benefits LAPIC calibration 
- makes scheduling policy based on LAPIC more precise
- makes LAPIC timer code becomes simpler and cleaner after using
periodic time layer.
