It's not clear to me that this will be very useful very often. If I had a
bug of this type I'd be happy enough just to hack in a show_page_walk() into
domain_crash() when I needed it (assuming the bug is repro'able of course,
but usually crashes here are deterministic and start-of-day for a domU).
