[Xen-devel] live migration uses all the bandwidth

I've done some test: Xen uses all the bandwidth avaiable, with NO dynamic rate-limiting.
I've tried -r option: it does do nothing.
I'm using xen 3.0.2 in SLES 10.

Is it a bug?
