[Xen-users] Xen to DomU

From what I've read, it seems like the event channel mechanism
is used for communication between domains.

What is the mechanism for Xen to communicate with a particular DomU?
Does the DomU need to register a special virtual interrupt handler?
If yes, what are the steps involved in doing this.
