No, this is not (yet) supported. For the time beeing the kernel must
use the same bitsize as the hypervisor. So you need a 64bit kernel when
using a 64bit hypervisor. The migrated 32bit kernel still is 32bit.

The upcomming 3.0.5 is supposed to support 32bit kernel (pae only) on
64bit. So it might be possible to migrate a 32bit-pae domu to a 64bit
hypervisor.
