ioemu.patch

    - PCI Configuration access / BAR Emulation
    - PIO/MMIO access functions (Slow!). we suggest to keep those for
debugging.
      Intel PIO/MMIO implementation should be used instead.
    - Hard-coded parts: see pt_init() in pass-through.c
      Intel's dpci device configuration should be used.
