[Xen-devel] [Patch] Make use of VMX_INSTRUCTION_INFO field to obtain the segment register of OUTS

For VM exits due to INS or OUTS, VMX_INSTRUCTION_INFO field will receive
information about the instruction that caused the VM exit in new VMX
CPUs. The attached patch makes use of VMX_INSTRUCTION_INFO field to
obtain the segment register of OUTS. This is faster than decoding
guest's instructions.
