That's right. It now looks for a linux-2.6.18-xen.hg repo, downloading it
from xenbits if necessary.

You can put that repo adjacent to your xen-unstable tree. That is, you'll
have:
 /path/to/xen-unstable.hg
 /path/to/linux-2.6.18-xen.hg

Make world in xen-unstable will then pick up the adjacent Linux repository.
