I did a rough compare between RTL8139 and E100 on XEN/IA64 linux guest, E100 
get 30% faster than RTL8139.
The purpose I wrote this driver is for windows network of XEN/IA64. I think it 
still works in x86/x64 guest.
Ok, I will post it to QEMU's mail list.
