[Xen-devel] Xen 3.1.0 configuration

Hi,
 
Is there a need to configure Xen 3.1.0 hypervisor before it's compilation, or that 'make world'+'make install' will do?
 
After building a hypervisor as the README says, I'm facing some problems starting/creating VMs.
