[Xen-devel] [VTD] [PATCH 0/2] Interrupt remapping

Since MSI/MSI-x has been supported in Xen, this patcheset implements
interrupt remapping for MSI/MSI-x, and also fixes some bugs of ioapic
interrupt remapping.

The patches are as follows:

Patch 1: Fix bugs of ioapic interrupt remapping.
Patch 2: Implement interrupt remapping for MSI/MSI-x.
