[Xen-devel] [PATCH 05/11] xen: groundwork for xen support



- configure script and build system changes.
- wind up new machine type.
- add -domid command line option.
- allow xenpv machines run without disk and kernel specified
  by adding a nodisk_ok field to QEMUMachine.
- detect xen being present.
