Ok, is your dom0 kernel a Xen 3.3 kernel?  If yes, could you send me its
configuration?

Errr, did you read /usr/share/doc/xen/README.stubdom?  And there is a
PV-GRUB example in /etc/xen/xmexample.pv-grub.
