BTW, this patchset is a prepare work for ia64 cpufreq logic,
ia64 arch-dependent code is ready now, and will send to ia64 dev mailist
when this patchset is checked in.

The patcheset update current version to support cpufreq logic at both
x86 and ia64 platform.

Hypervisor Side:
1. px-xen-1-rebase.patch --> Rebase cpufreq logic for supporting both
x86 and ia64 arch;
2. px-xen-2-pxstat-update.patch --> Update cpufreq statistic logic for
supporting both x86 and ia64;
3. px-xen-3-reconstruct.patch --> move cpufreq notify code to commone
place;

Dom0 Side:
4. dom0_reconstruct.patch --> move px external logical to common place;
