[Xen-devel] [PATCH][xen-3.2-testing.hg] set agaw properly for vt-d passthrough translation

The patch is only for the latest xen-3.2-testing.hg tree.

BTW, actually the xen-3.3-testing.hg tree also has the issue, but since we 
don't really enable VT-d passthrough in 3.3 due to the conditional compilation 
(#ifdef CONTEXT_PASSTHRU...) , we wouldn't really hit the issue.
Maybe c/s 18446: 5ce9459ce872 (vtd: Enable pass-through translation for Dom0) 
can be simply back-ported from xen-unstable.hg to xen-3.3-testing.hg if 
necessary.
