[Xen-devel] [PATCH] fix hpet channel initialization error

fix the wrong channel initialization code

Each channel may have different settings, and in the original implementation, 
other Tn configuration will accidently overwrite T0 configuration.

This patch fixes this problem, and it applies both to xen unstable tree and xen 
3.3 tree.
