These files handle Data Center Bridging support for the ixgbe driver.
DCB was formerly known as Data Center Ethernet; it is a combination of
protocols and hardware support to allow for multiple traffic classes,
including lossless and guaranteed bandwidth, over standard Ethernet
networks.
