I want to cause periodic VM-exits and use this feature to do it. But I can't find preemption timer in Xen source codes. For example, there is not preemption timer among vmx exit reasons in \include\asm-x86\hvm\vmx\vmx.h. Does anybody know about VMX-preemption timer support in Xen?

This feature's not used (or needed) by Xen.

Thanks. But does Xen have any "timer"-feature  to initiate periodic exits (period about 5-10 minutes)?
