Actually, now that xen-unstable specifies which version of the qemu tree it
wants, it strikes me that we should just get rid of the qemu staging tree.
It serves no purpose but causes this kind of problem when I manually push
xen-unstable.hg. Can we kill qemu staging, Ian?
