Could you try: $ gdb vmlinux (gdb) x/i 0xffffffff813ce1df to see where it crashed in the kernel (assuming it did crash in the kernel; its not entirely clear to me where the crash happened from your info). Also, add "earlyprink=xen" to your kernel's command line to see if anything comes up.
