Nopes, I need this driver to run in dom0 and domU via netback and netfront. My main confusion is what changes to be done such that existing DMA Tx/Rx rings in native driver starts talking via netfront/netback between domU's, dom0 and NIC. Inputs appreciated.

As in you want to drive the NIC in the hypervisor?
