may also need this patch, if BIOS expose more than 4 acpi processor objects. BIOS
usually expose more acpi processor objects than the actual physical present
processors. E.g. in Core2Quad, although only 4 physical processors, BIOS
may expose 8 acpi processor objects, i.e. \_PR_.P000 ~ \_PR_.P007. and BIOS can
program the \_PR_.004 ~ \_PR_.007 as non present.

>From those info, the panic may be caused by one xen acpi issue, i.e. xen
acpi logic will unconditionally parse all acpi processor object exposed by
BIOS, even if the processor is not physically present. This may cause
error if the BIOS does not support that. e.g. in your box, the cpu2/3/4 is
not physically present, and the _OSC and _PDC method execution will cause
error. Xen acpi logic should check the processor's existence before further
execution.
This issue is addressed in my under developing patch (attached). The
attached patch try to make the xen acpi logic more clean, and also address
this issue. could you please try this patch to see if it fix the panic in
your box?
