pv_ops dom0 changelog is here:
http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git;a=shortlog;h=xen/master

That's the tree xen-unstable automatically fetches/uses.

SLES11 2.6.27 Xen dom0 kernel is forward-ported from 2.6.18-xen. 
I'm not sure if Novell ported blktap2 aswell.
