I just tried Xen 4.0.0-rc6-pre, and it has the same problem, 
it is flooding the same messages and takes forever to boot.

So 4.0.0-rc7 actually works better, since it surpresses 
the messages as a default so it takes "only" 30 secs to parse
the DMAR tables.
