PV domains do not (currently, at least) make use of EPT, so it will play no part in pseudo-physical to machine physical address translation. There are numerous ways of doing this conversion; the appropriate one depends on what you're trying to do. In many cases it will happen automatically in the correct places if you're using the appropriate kernel APIs. Which dom0 kernel are you using (pvops based?). What problem are you trying to solve?
