Thanks for your answer.

Truth is, there's no vcpu_avail parameter at all in my VM, which was by
the way working like a charm with previous version of Xen. Adding such
parameter doesn't change anything to my issue, it seems. I don't even
have a clue where the userland tools are adding that "-vcpu_avail"
parameter (which is what I'm looking for in fact). vcpu_avail is a new
thing in 4.0, right?
