[Xen-devel] xen cpu hotplug logic

Keir,

I just send a patch for xen mtrr update consistency.
When I check mtrr update bug, I have a look at xen cpu hotplug logic, 
especially cpu booting flow.
Seems now at cpu booting flow,  xen is different with latest linux.
Will it bring future maintain issue?
