Since you're using Centos anyway, I HIGHLY suggest you use in Centos'
kernel-xen package, with Gitco (http://www.gitco.de/repo/) repo. That
would at least ensure that you have up-to-date, well-maintained kernel
with bug fixes.

Then again, you don't need newer features in Xen 3.4 (like scsi
passthru), you can just use the bundled, rock-stable version of Xen on
Centos (3.1+).
