From: Jeremy Fitzhardinge <jeremy.fitzhardinge@xxxxxxxxxx> Some(?) Xen block backends fail BLKIF_OP_WRITE_BARRIER requests, which Linux uses as a cache flush operation. In that case, disable use of FLUSH.
