I tried this again and it appeared to work, so I applied your
changes.  Then it appeared to fail and I got what looked like a
repeatable failure, but just after I pushed reverting your change it
started working again.  So I have re-applied your changeset.

I wish our build system were more reliable.  Sorry to everyone for the
noise changesets.
