The host boots fine, but then the ssh to start the localmigrate command just fails. Nothing on the serial console to indicate what might be wrong. > test-i386-i386-xl 14 guest-localmigrate/x10 fail REGR. vs. > 5503 This one looks a bit like the above, but the ssh failure happens on the 3rd iteration; and there are all kidns of scary messages from the blk subsystem: Jan 31 18:55:44 [ 549.991570] ata1.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0xffff SErr 0x0 action 0x6 froz Jan 31 18:55:44 en Jan 31 18:55:44 [ 549.991935] ata1.00: failed command: WRITE FPDMA QUEUED Jan 31 18:55:44 [ 549.992205] ata1.00: cmd 61/08:00:54:40:bf/00:00:00:00:00/40 tag 0 ncq 4096 o Jan 31 18:55:44 ut Jan 31 18:55:44 [ 549.992210] res 40/00:00:00:00:00/00:00:00:00:00/00 Emask 0x4 (timeo Jan 31 18:55:44 ut) http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~xensrcts/logs/5506/test-i386-i386-xl/serial-potato-beetle.log Looks like either a transient bug in the driver, or hardware that's acting up. NB that all of these failures happened on potato-beetle; not sure if that has any significance. -George _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel
