Is there anyone who is interested in working to resolve these issues?

As well as from the Xen builds apparently being broken for a while now 
it appears that the most recent usable dom0 Linux kernel is still
linux-2.6.18-xen.hg and that domU support upstream has been broken since
the 2.6.29..30 timescale.
