[Xen-devel] [PATCH 2 of 4] libxl: move all enum values into the libxl namespace

# HG changeset patch
# User Ian Campbell <ian.campbell@xxxxxxxxxx>
# Date 1301571142 -3600
# Node ID f4bbcbd0417f7e4a4a167f385d6408494ed78e22
# Parent e307b27c955b1fb0f0ef5e391fa9e37976d43d84
libxl: move all enum values into the libxl namespace

Add libxl_compat.h to define the previous values so as not to break
existing users.
