Looks like it could be a console problem.

Could you repost with the complete log so that we can see Xen and
Linux versions?

Also, could you provide any other relevant information such as how you
installed and if this is a isolated incident on a Xen/Linux version
that is working or not working in other instances, etc.

This question appears to be something that the xen-users list would
likely give you good feedback on and typically you will be directed to
xen-devel as needed or it will become more obvious if it is really a
crash or likely bug situation.
