[Xen-devel] [PATCH 0/2] x86: trampoline adjustments

This pair of patches first adjusts code to allow the trampoline to reside at
other than its hard-coded address, and uses this to truly allocate space
for it in the EFI boot path.

Then, more of a post-cleanup kind of patch (and hence really optional to
get applied) it removes some of the remaining references to the hard-
coded address (which are only used on the multiboot path) to make
future changes less error prone and simpler.
