I have successfully installed dom0 now, and try to run domUs on it. 
Thank you so much for your help. I will catch up soon, and try to find any contribution I can make.

You can use upstream Linux for dom0, but it isn't quite as featureful as
the 2.6.32-based kernel.

The 2.6.32 kernel is available at
   git://github.com/jsgf/linux-xen.git xen/next-2.6.32

while kernel.org is down.
