[Xen-devel] kernel BUG at mm/swapfile.c:2527!



We've been seeing the following bugs hit. This is happening with kernel versions 2.6.39 and 3.0.1.

So far we've only see this problem happen on ubuntu servers and it always seams to be the apache process that triggers it. Also this time we were running a PCI compliance scan on the server. We are thinking that may have triggered it.
