Yes, thanks.  I have submitted that to the auto-tester which (when it
passes the meta-auto-test) ought to fix it.

IWBNI we had a sort-of-machine-readable list of Debian packages to
install in some README; then I could use that.  It wouldn't break
every time we add a dependency and also would make sure the build docs
remain up to date.
