http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/PVGrub_HowTo

It is fairly obvious that /usr/lib/xen/boot/pv-grub-x86_32.gz in
http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/PVGrub_HowTo
is correct, because it specifies a file name where the convention is
all lower case.

I'd like to standardize the others as PV-GRUB, even changing the
copies in the Xen wiki of questions submitted to the mailing list, so
it is easily recognized we are referring to a certain component of
Xen.
